White Pine's Yooper Diner

This is a must stop! I’ve hit a lot of local pizza joints across the US over the last 25 years in the military...I can’t think of a single one that put out a better pizza than this place! Highly recommend the jalepeno popper pizza!

The pizza and clam chowder in a bread bowl we had were absolutely outstanding. We came back a second night in a row because we loved the food so much and received such a warm welcome from Tony the owner. I haven’t had pizza that good since my mom’s homemade growing up and bread that perfect since I last visited France. Tony seems to be very passionate about his craft and it shows. Thank you again for the best two dinners we could have dreamt of!

The pizza was delicious! We had a thin and a pan crust and both were very good. I preferred the pan crust but my hubby loved the thin crust. We loved both the pizzas we tried! We will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Ate here Friday. Had lunch and dinner. My youngest loved the chicken wings. And my family and I loved the pizzas we ordered for dinner. We got a buffalo chicken pizza, taco pizza, cheese pizza, and a supreme with a garlic parm crust. Soooooo good. Cant wait to get back in October for more delicious food.

Awesome local service and food. For coming in at a half hour to closing time the owner was very accommodating and was willing to make my wife an off menu item that she was requesting from an out dated menu. Every time I come to White Pine I try to pay them a visit. I had the chicken strips with fries and BBQ sauce. The sauce container was huge in comparison to what you normally see; same goes with the Aus Jus.The chicken was juicy and crispy. My wife loved her French Dip. She said the hoagie definitely made the sandwich stand out with the Aus Jus, the beef was tender and well balanced with the rest of the ingredients. We will definitely be coming back. I even left them a good tip and I don’t usually tip for take out

My entire family has grown up here and we spend many summers and winters in White Pine visiting. The Yooper Diner is the place we like to go for great food, wonderful service, and good laughs. Keep up the great work!

Stopped in based on Google reviews and were not disappointed! Had the jalapeno popper pizza on pan crust and a Crawfish (think seafood pizza) on thin. Both crusts were great but I especially liked the crispy, chewy, buttery flavor of the thin crust. Both were REALLY good pizzas and I'm guessing everything else they make follows suit. The owner, Tony came out and talked to us, and he's a super nice guy. We will definitely stop in any time we are up that way!

Exactly what we needed after a day of adventure! The stuffed crust pizza was amazing and my husband said the service was polite and communicative
